File Preparation
• Line are should be 600 dpi.
• Raster images should be 300 dpi (sm@art code 4).
• Send all art as CMYK.  The conversion of RGB to CMYK will cause color shift.  (Sm@rt code C).
• Outlining fonts is prefered.  Send fonts when future changes will be made to text.
• PDF file require fonts.
• Include all placed images and fonts.
• Send all embedded art along with layout files.		 Please don't hesitate to call if you have any questions about software issues!

Sample Template
• Bleed: For any portion of the art that exceeds the face of button, bleed must extend to the die ring.  A 1/4" bleed is required for all other products.
• Copy Limitations: All type and graphics should remain within the suggested copy limitations or there is a risk that they will be cut off.
• Templates: All product templates can be downloaded on the individual product pages.
Sample Template
PED-LINE requires all orders to be in writing. • We assume a ±5% quantity variance on all orders. • A complete electronic file is required to avoid setup charges. • All orders canceled after production of a proof will be subject to a $30 (Z) cancellation fee plus any other costs incurred. • If your order is received with art as specified above prior to 10:30 a.m. eastern time, we will count that day as a production day. • All orders are guaranteed to be complete as of 5:00 p.m. eastern time. • Completed products are shipped F.O.B. our factory via the most economical method unless otherwise specified. • All products and photos with trademarks or logos illustrated in this catalog are not endorsements of PED-LINE products and are used to indicate our factory's manufacturing capabilities only.  They are not meant to be advertisements of the products illustrated and are not for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of the trademark or design. • PED-LINE assumes that all logos and trademarked images received for use in product illustrations are in compliance with all trademark, copyright, patent, or other related laws or acts.
